Doing well today. Today was an amazing day weather wise! In the 60's and sunny. Spent a lot of time outside today in the garden. So nice to be able to get out and joy the beauty of Spring! Being outside today really did me a world of good! If it the same tomorrow, I will be out there again!

I do too... You know I saw a blurb on the internet where very little actual sunlight was beneficial. (Something like 10 minute per day a couple of times a week.) Because of vitamin D.
Enjoy the nice weather Lil....I hope it helps boost you to feeling better.
